The Arizona Cactus Garden located in the Stanford Arboretum a short walk from Palm Dr or Campus Dr. This garden was designed for Jane and Leland Stanford between 1881-1883 landscape architect Rudolf Ulrich. There are many cacti and succulents in this garden. This is a beautiful and quiet place to take your kids and learn about all the different plants. There are no gates or barriers around the cacti plants so be careful if your children are near them. The Stanford Mausoleum and Angel of Grief are only a short walk from the Cactus Garden. Both the Mausoleum and Angel are featured on my website as well. For more information about The Arizona Cactus Garden click HERE!
